“I meant to post this review a while ago, but the fact that I still remember my awesome experience after so long should be telling! I hit a deer in my car and it was very damaged, not driveable. I found the closest repair place that worked with my insurance company. Ari, the owner, was incredible throughout the entire experience. He went out of his way to personally pick me up from my home and bring me to his shop where my car was towed. He explained the process in detail and made sure I understood what was going to happen with my car. He called me every day with updates on my car, always giving me a timing estimate. When the car repair was finished, he sat in the car with me (after hours, I might add) as I drove to ensure that everything was in working order. I am a younger woman and I don't know much about cars, so going to an auto shop is usually intimidating for me, but Ari treated me as if I was his own daughter and respectfully explained everything to me and made sure that I felt confident and happy with the repair before I left. I can't thank Ari enough for going above and beyond from his delightful customer service to the professional quality repair. I will send all my friends and family to his shop! Thanks, Ari! **update: my door handle fell off my fairly new car! I took it to the Jeep dealership as I thought it was manufacturing defect. They gave me the run around and told me it would be expensive to fix and not covered under any warranty. I took it to Ari and he fixed it in less than 15 minutes, didn't charge me, and gave my tires some air without me asking. What a kind man! I will continue to patronize this business for as long as I live in the area!!”

“I was the victim of a hit and run. My rear bumper and rear quarter panel were damaged. I have a $1000 deductible and did not want to file a claim. After a couple of estimates (over $1,500) a friend recommended I take my truck to John R Collision. Aris, the owner, was very friendly and detailed in explaining the repair. His total was $600 cheaper. I was a bit apprehensive with the wide cost difference but since my friend was happy i gave it a try.
I am pleased to say that the truck looks like new again. Aris even snapped some pictures of the process to show me what kind of work went into it which i thought was classy. My truck was washed and vacuumed to top it off. Great job Aris! Very Happy and i will be talking to people about your services and the quality you provide.”

We had a very damaged door on our 1992 Mustang but didn't have enough $$ to buy a new car. I took it to Dotten Collision and they wouldn't touch it.
But John R Collision not only took on the job, they did a GREAT job and it only cost about $1,000, when Dotten said it could “thousands.”
Now the Mustang is back in operation and this is a true life saver!
